General Information About Cleveland Care Clinic:
We provide excellent primary care, urgent care, walk-in and primary care clinic as well as telemedicine, diagnostic services, and specialist referrals.
We accept insurance and cash pament.
We accept most major insurance providers including Buckeye Health Plan, Department of Medicaid, Aetna, United Healthcare, AmeriHealth Caritas, Humana, Medicare, Devoted, Paramount Health Insurance, Cigna, Medical Mutual, Tricare, and SummaCare.

- Saturday 9AM – 8PM
- Sunday 2PM – 8PM
Information About Appointments & Access:
We offer Telehealth through Cleveland Tehehealth.
We welcome both new and returning patients. You can schedule an appointment directly by calling our clinic, visiting our website, or using our online booking system.
However, if your health insurance provider requires a referral for certain specialist visits or services, we recommend checking with them beforehand to ensure coverage.

Faqs On Diagnostics & Testing
Yes — lab work and imaging tests at Cleveland Care Clinic can be scheduled in advance.
This helps us minimize wait times. However, we do accept some walk-in lab services depending on availability. For urgent cases, our team will guide you on the next steps.
To schedule, simply call our front desk or book online through our website or patient portal.
If Cleveland Care Clinic has given you lab or imaging orders, they’re usually valid at multiple partner locations. Just ensure you bring your test order form and a valid ID.
Currently, Cleveland Care Clinic does not conduct clinical trials in-house.
